The Breast Cancer Relief Foundation, a program of the National Cancer Coalition
We've come a long way in being able to detect and treat breast cancer. Survival rates are higher than ever but women are still dying in the US because they can't afford treatment or its associated costs. In developing countries, breast cancer is on the rise. In fact, the majority of all breast cancer deaths occur in developing countries, where it's usually diagnosed in late stages. For these women, surviving breast cancer is virtually hopeless.
Through the support and promotion of prevention, early detection, medical assistance and relief, The Breast Cancer Relief Program gives these women access to what they need, inspiring hope that they can survive.
